Download HSBC HK Business Express globally
BIB users around the world can download our app. To download the iOS version, you can search ‘HSBC HK Business Express’ in the App Store from 23 designated countries/regions including the UK, Taiwan and Japan1. To download the Android version, you can scan the QR code on the BIB logon page to download the APK file2.
We’ve also simplified the way you activate Mobile Security Key. Now, you don't need a separate Security Device to activate it. Please watch our new video tutorial to learn how.
‘Pin’ your favourite features to the BIB home page for easy access
You can now customise your BIB home page by adding your frequently visited features to the ‘Quick Links’ toolbar, helping you to access the functions you like faster and more easily.
Access mobile functions faster through the new ‘More’ menu
We've redesigned the ‘More’ menu in our app and organised its features. The ‘Products and services’ features are now displayed prominently with intuitive navigation, helping you find what you need right away. If you want support from our Virtual Assistant, you can select ‘More’ > ‘Need help?’.
Update your contact information in one place
We've launched a new tool to help you update your contact information faster. You can now log on to BIB and go to ‘Admin Tools’ > ‘Manage your contact information’ to update your mobile number, email address, office number or business / registered / correspondence address, to ensure you receive the latest notifications on your account activities and transaction status.
