William Evans
Managing Director of US Trade Sales 

Bill joined HSBC in 2016 as Managing Director and Head of HSBC Trade Sales. He has extensive experience leading Transaction Banking Sales Teams at both ANZ and Bank of America.

Bill’s experience includes trade and treasury services, liquidity management and receivable and supply chain finance. He also has in-depth experience originating significant Transaction Banking business opportunities across Asia and Europe with North American clients.

As Head of HSBC’s US Trade Sales, including Global Banking, Commercial Banking, International Subsidiary Banking, Commodities and Financial Institutions, Bill’s Team is responsible for delivering Core Trade and Working Capital Solutions to HSBC clients and targeted prospects.

Bill graduated from Alma College with a BA in Business Administration and holds a Masters from Central Michigan University. He also holds a CCM as a Certified Cash Manager through the Association of Financial Professionals.
