Leah Olson, President, AMC

Leah Olson has over 15 years of experience in both private and public sectors. Leah has been a trusted advisor to federal and provincial ministers, as well as to corporate executives.

In March 2015, she joined the Agricultural Manufacturers of Canada as its new president. Under her leadership the organization’s membership has grown by over 20%.

Leah is fluent in French and English. She has a MBA from Queen’s University and a master’s degree in public policy and public administration from Concordia University.

Ben Voss, P.Eng, ICD.D President & CEO of Morris Industries Ltd.
Before his appointment as President & CEO of Morris Industries Ltd., Mr. Voss led the acquisition of the controlling stake in the Morris group of companies in partnership with Avrio Capital and Lamont Brown Group. Morris is poised for significant growth, based largely on its line of agricultural implements and the projected growth and demand for new technology over the next 25 years. A serial entrepreneur, Ben has actively run businesses since 1997 when he started his first company while in University.

In addition to his Executive Leadership role, Ben is also a Director on the board of Morris Industries Ltd. He also currently serves on the board of directors of STARS, one of the world’s best emergency health services organizations which operates in the Prairies; and on WestTest, a partnership with PAMI.

Ben is a proud Saskatchewan farmer after having acquired a significant part of the family farm near Spiritwood, Saskatchewan. He is a graduate from the College of Engineering at the University of Saskatchewan as well as ICD Rotman, Director’s Education Program.





Pete Molenaar, Senior Vice President & Head of Commercial Banking, HSBC Bank Canada

Pete joined HSBC as Senior Vice President & Head of Commercial Banking, Western Canada in August 2017. He is responsible for Commercial Banking business in British Columbia and the Prairies. Pete is an industry veteran with over 24 years of broad experience in commercial banking, risk management and structuring and execution across multiple sectors including energy, forestry and agricultural banking. Pete is based in Vancouver splitting his time between BC and Prairies markets.

Pete holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from Montana State University and an MBA from Dalhousie University.
